-Activated Coconut Charcoal, Calcium Bentonite Clay, Organic Orange Peel Extract and Organic Peppermint.

🖤Are there any chemicals in the powder?

-NONE, blkdiamond is 100% natural - 100% vegan

🖤Why is your product better than bleaching?

-Unlike bleaching teeth, our formula is 100% safe for your enamel and doesn't contain peroxide. Peroxide is the main chemical that causes sensitivity and raw gums!

🖤How do I use the powder?

-Dip a clean, wet toothbrush into your powder, brush your teeth in small, gentle circles for 2-5 minutes. Try to keep your lips closed while brushing it sometimes gets messy, spit carefully in sink or a cup and rinse well. Use as often as needed and enjoy your brighter beautiful smile!

-Use as often as desired. But we recommend once a day 3-4 days a week!

🖤How much powder do I use?

-Very little, only cover the tips of your wet toothbrush bristles.

🖤Can my kids use the powder?

-Yes, Our charcoal is kid friendly for kids of all ages. The age of when they start is your choice!

🖤I have very sensitive teeth/gums, can I use your powder?

-Yes, blkdiamond is non-irritating, but it's recommended to use a soft bristle toothbrush.

🖤Can I use this on false teeth such as Veneers, implant, dentures, caps, crowns or bonded teeth?

-Our formula will not harm nor stain veneers, dental implants, dentures, crowns, caps or false teeth, it will however remove surface stains from them that have been built up over time from foods, liquids or smoking!

🖤I have braces. Can I use your powder?

-We recommend brushing once to twice a week if you have braces but brushing daily after they are removed!

🖤I have dental work done. Can I use the powder?

-At least 80% of our customers are using our powder without a problem, reporting that our product works great on dental work. It is the safest way to whiten and deeply clean. However, if concerned, try our powder on a little spot first to make sure or simply check with your dentist. Our powder works especially well with extrinsic stains on teeth caused by food, drink, cigarettes.

🖤I am pregnant. Can I use your powder?

-Of course, ingredients are all natural and organic. In comparison with a regular toothpaste or a teeth whitening product which is full of chemicals our powder is the safest alternative there is. Nevertheless, when pregnant, we recommend you consult your health professional, just for your peace of mind.

🖤How soon can I see results from the powder?

-We are all different, over 90% of our customers state they notice an immediate improvement, especially when teeth are very discolored or yellow, for others it is more of a gradual process. Our powder is made up of 100% natural and some organic ingredients and does not make your teeth whiter than natural white. It is not a chemical whitener, it has no bleaching ingredients that damage enamel. It works especially well with extrinsic stains on teeth caused by food, drink, tobacco. It is the best and only natural alternative to chemical teeth whitening products. Certain foods and drinks stain teeth, just brush your teeth with our powder after. Brushing your teeth with our charcoal powder will also give you that amazing super clean dentist feel.

🖤Can the powder damage the enamel on my teeth?

-No, our products RDA is much less than most teeth whitening tooth paste on the marketing at a low rating of 67. it will actually strengthen the enamel.

🖤Whats the difference between your formula and regular activated charcoal found in pills?

-Regular Activated Charcoal that has a high RDA (Relative Dentin Abrasion), our formula is mixed with other natural ingredients like Calcium Bentonite Clay, Organic Orange Peel Extract and Organic Peppermint that help lower our RDA to a low and safe rating of 67! This is half the rating of "Colgate Whitening" toothpaste, and in result will help strengthen enamel while killing germs and removing stains!

🖤Can it change the ph of my mouth?

=Yes, it can be helpful in changing the ph and health of your mouth, effectively killing the bad bacteria present in tooth decay and gingivitis.

🖤Can I use your powder for Oil Pulling?

-Yes, it is perfect. Add 1 tablespoon coconut oil to 1/4 teaspoon of our powder. Swish in your mouth for about 10 - 15 minutes. Rinse thoroughly. You can use this method several times a week.

🖤Can I use the powder as my daily toothpaste?

-Yes. You can even mix with coconut powder into a paste.

🖤Can I use an electric toothbrush?

-Absolutely, Some customers like using separate heads as our powder is super black and can discolor your bristles over time.

🖤Is your powder tested on animals?

-ABSOLUTELY NOT! Animals are our friends and one reason we created this company is to give cruelty-free alternatives to people who also love animals as much as us!

🖤Can I brush my teeth with normal toothpaste as well?

-Some customers have replaced their normal toothpaste with our powder altogether, some use it as their night routine and use a commercial toothpaste in the morning, to still have a stronger minty aftertaste, and some continue to use both. If you want to use both, we recommend using our powder first, followed by your commercial toothpaste, this helps to get rid of any black bits that may be left between your teeth.

🖤Does it stain my clothes?

-It will not permanently stain clothes, if accidentally rubbed on clothes just throw clothing in your washer and drier as normal.

🖤Does it expire?

-Once open, it should be used within 6 months. We recommend to keep the product dry, cool, out of sun. It is not needed to store our products in the fridge.

🖤Can I just buy activated charcoal for a cheaper option?

-You can buy charcoal elsewhere, but it will not have the same effects our activated charcoal. We have our own formulation created exactly for the purpose it's sold as. Each specifically in our powder has chosen ingredient has their own benefits for overall mouth health as well as teeth whitening.

Many Dental Clinics stock our powder because of its effectiveness in whitening teeth and detoxing mouth naturally.

-We offer First Class Shipping to US customers and Standard Shipping Internationally. All our shipping labels come with a tracking number! When sales are active we give away FREE Shipping to US and/or International with include tracking!

US shipping time is 3-5 business.

International shipping time is from 7-21 business days depending where it's going.

Our handling time differs from 2-5 days.

There may be Taxes or Duties applied by customs towards your order when, or after delivery is made. These charges are not inclusive of the original shipping charge, and are unable to be paid for, or reimbursed by Blkdiamond. Customers are responsible for paying any additional customs or duties charges that may be incurred on their order. If you are unsure of the charges and whether you will be affected, please contact your local customs office.

As always we will make every effort to deliver on time. However, we shall not be held liable for delayed or lost shipment.

Please note that we cannot and do not accept returns due to health code violations, If you have not received your goods we will either refund you or send out another delivery. Results may vary from person to person, depending on the product, length of use, individual body reaction and whether you follow the instructions. Please note it is a natural product and does not make teeth whiter than natural white.

Tracking: For some reason, UPS likes to update the tracking to "delivered" before actually delivering it so please be patient until the end of the business day. Also Depending on how full your mailbox is they might hold it and leave a note, but sometime they don't leave a note. If your tracking says "Status Not Available" dont worry, soon as the UPS office receives the package from us and they scan it, this will be updated with the package progress. In some rare occasions the tracking won't show process until it's reached its destination. If you receive a email saying the package is delivered recently after you purchase, this means it has been delivered to the UPS facility. Any questions about tracking or order updates simply send us a email.
